Whitney Luther, M.Ed., ACC, ACTC
Founder & CEO
Whitney Luther founded Luther & Company on the belief that leadership and organizational performance should be directly connected to the business priorities leaders are working to accomplish.
With 15 years of experience spanning corporate and educational settings, Whitney has partnered with leaders and organizations across Fortune 500 companies, growing businesses, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and government.
Her work integrates executive coaching, strategic advisory, leadership development, and executive team performance to help senior leaders navigate organizational complexity, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and advance important business priorities.
Whitney is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with specialized training in executive and team coaching (ACTC), leadership assessments, and group dynamics. Her expertise informs her work with senior leaders and executive teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance. Additionally, she serves as Program Lead for the Team Coaching Global Summit, advancing ICF team coaching competencies and the future of team coaching globally.
