3. No Professional Advice; Consulting Engagements
The content on the Site, including articles, case studies, and newsletter editions, is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or other advice tailored to your situation. You should not act on it without considering your own circumstances.
Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a consulting, coaching, or other client relationship with Luther & Company. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Case studies and client examples on the Site describe past work. They do not guarantee similar results for any other client or engagement.

6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site is hosted on Squarespace, and some features, such as forms, newsletter sign-up, and basic site functions, are provided through Squarespace and its service providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its owner. You visit third-party sites at your own risk.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luther & Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do our best to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luther & Company and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This includes lost profits, lost data, and business interruption, even if we were told such damages were possible.
If we are found liable to you for any reason related to the Site, our total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
This section applies to your use of the Site only. Liability for consulting services is governed by the written agreement for those services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luther & Company and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state courts located in Boone County, Indiana, or the federal courts for the Southern District of Indiana. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
